Relic by Madame Fortuna @ Albertine & Sleep

So--my wonderful, BEAUTIFUL & totally amazing pal Allison Nowlin Ward has done it again: with "RELIC" she captures the past in individually hand blown glass globe time capsules AND GUESS WHAT? she is coming to New York for two trunk shows (see the invites above). As with Madame Fortuna, her unbelievably successful charm necklaces, no two Relics are alike and the captured memories vary from found hawk feathers, pearls, moss, letters to any special memento you might want to trap for eternity. Her husband Paul of BOCOTE has been hand carving the intricate & magical wood charms in Alabama for the last year; I love the little bird 'n house. I can't wait to see what special trinkets and treasures they bring to Albertine & Sleep (I heard from a little wooden birdy that they will have one-of-a-kinds only for the shows!) Aren't they gorgeous? Don't you want one? I guess if you do we can party together at the RELIC TRUNK SHOWS!

PS: If you can't make it and you just can't live without her little beauties...lemme know!
